Témara

Dentist for patients from Témara, in Agdal (Rabat)

Témara has grown considerably in recent years, and many of its residents commute to Rabat every day. German Dental Clinic has no practice in Témara: it is in Agdal, about ten minutes' walk from Rabat-Agdal station, which makes the train particularly convenient from Témara station.

Patients from Témara often come to us for restorative treatment: replacing missing teeth, remaking an old denture, or treating gums that bleed and teeth that are starting to loosen. In that last case, gum treatment comes first, because no prosthesis or implant will last on an inflamed foundation.

Prostheses are designed from digital impressions, and the clinic's CAD/CAM milling unit makes it possible to fabricate certain pieces on site in Rabat. The number of sessions depends on the treatment; it is planned with you to keep journeys to a minimum, using Saturdays if needed.

Frequently asked questions

My gums bleed when I brush: is it serious?

Bleeding is often the first sign of gum inflammation. Treated early, it is generally reversible; left untreated, it can progress to affect the bone that supports the teeth. A periodontal examination assesses the situation so that treatment can be adapted.

What does making a prosthesis "on site" mean?

The clinic has a CAD/CAM milling unit: from the digital impression, certain pieces such as crowns can be milled at the practice. Depending on the material and the case, other pieces are still made by a dental laboratory. The dentist will tell you what applies to your treatment.

Can several treatments be combined in one session?

Yes, when it is medically reasonable. The length of a session is adapted to your comfort and the type of procedure. Let us know you are coming from Témara: we take it into account when organising the schedule.
