Dentist near the Medina of Rabat

Between the Kasbah of the Oudayas, the souks and Bab El Had, the Medina of Rabat is home to many families who have lived there for generations. German Dental Clinic is not in the Medina: it is in Agdal, reachable by tram with a single change.

Patients from the Medina often come to us on behalf of their parents or grandparents, with a recurring question: how can they get a denture that is stable and comfortable again? Depending on the condition of the remaining teeth and the bone, several solutions exist, from a removable denture to a telescopic denture, which is anchored on teeth or implants for a better hold. The choice is made after an examination, taking into account each person's age, general health and expectations.

For the youngest, children's dental care starts with the very first teeth. A first, non-urgent check-up in Rabat is a good way to review everyone's situation as a family.

Getting to the clinic from Medina of Rabat

  • Tram: take line 2 from the "Médina Rabat", "Bab El Had" or "Bab Chellah" stops to "Place Al Joulane". There, the line 1 and line 2 stops are separate (about 100 m on foot): walk to the line 1 stop, direction Madinat Al Irfane, and get off at "Agdal - Av. de France". One ticket allows a transfer between the two lines within the hour.
  • By petit taxi or car: from Bab El Had, head up to the centre, then to place des Nations Unies, and follow avenue de France to the corner with avenue Ibn Sina, near Clinique Agdal.

Frequently asked questions

My mother's denture moves: what can be done?

An examination shows whether the denture can be adjusted or whether another solution should be considered, for example a denture better stabilised on teeth or implants. The decision depends on the available bone and her general health: we discuss it with her, and with you if she wishes, at the consultation.

Is the tram with a change easy for an elderly person?

The change is at Place Al Joulane, with a short walk between the two stops. For someone with limited mobility, a petit taxi to the corner of avenue de France and avenue Ibn Sina is often more comfortable.

Can the whole family book on the same day?

Yes, ask for consecutive slots when booking on the appointment page or by phone on +212 5 37 67 43 48. Saturdays, from 10 am to 4 pm, are often convenient for families.
